Reports from Spain have suggested that the Spanish side are closing in on signing Pastore.
Pastore’s agent Marcelo Simonian told Ontheminute.com: “We have never spoken with Malaga about Pastore.”
Pastore has been linked with a host of of clubs, including AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool.
Palermo owner Maurizio Zamparini has confirmed Pastore could be on his way out of the club this summer.
“Pastore is the only player who could leave,” he told Radio Radio. “It all depends on the boy. He earns less than €1 million and if a big club offered him €4 million then it would be hard to keep him. Palermo can’t afford that and we have to balance the books.”
