West Ham United have gone back in with an improved offer for Manchester United defender Harry Maguire.
The Hammers had a bid worth £20million rejected last month for Maguire.
United will only consider letting Maguire leave if they get an bid closer to what they regards as ‘fair market value’.
West Ham have now made an improved bid of £27.5million for the England defender, according to our sources.
Maguire featured for United in the pre-season friendly against Spanish side Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.
