The 28-year-old has been linked with both AC Milan and Manchester United in recent weeks.
Fabiano told Brazilian media outlet Estadao: “I am very grateful to the club for the way that they have treated me, and I will only go if it is good for everyone.
“It all depends on the proposal made by Milan and the negotiations between the two clubs.”
