Fabregas cannot wait to face Man Utd

The Spaniard says the Gunners have no excuses for their recent poor performances.

William Gallas, Mikael Silvestre and Theo Walcott are doubtful for the clash with United, while Emmanuel Adebayor, Eduardo and Tomas Rosicky has already been rules out. Robin van Persie is suspended for the match.

Fabregas said: “We have to keep going.

“The match against Manchester United is massive.

“But it is welcomed because it is a big game and big players want to play in big games.

“We don’t want to make excuses because we are playing for Arsenal and a lot of players would like to be in our position.

“We have to make sure we give everything on the pitch always.”
