United boss Sir Alex Ferguson admits he is keen to fix his crocked defender.
“He’s trained all week and had no issues at all,” he told Sky Sports.
“This morning he woke up with another spasm. So it’s a big, big problem for us.
“This has been going on for a while now. So we’re sending him to a specialist (on Monday) to do another scan.
“We’re going to have to try and get to the bottom of it because it’s a disappointment, particularly in such a big game.”
