Castaignos is expected to sign a four-year contract and will join the Italian side at the end of the season, according to Voetbal International.
The 18-year-old is currently in Italy to undergo a medical and agree on his contract with the club.
Inter Milan and Feyenoord have reportedly already agreed on a €4million deal for the youngster.
