The Norway international joined Feyenoord from Norwegian side Valerenga in 2011, but he is yet to make a single appearance for Ronald Koeman’s side this season.
“The attitude towards English football is huge in Norway,” said Singh. “People love the game in Norway and in particular the Premier League – they love it and they are really passionate about it.
“Playing in England would be a dream for me but for now I am just thinking about finding the right club where I can play and develop myself as a football player.
“We will see what is going to happen closer to the January transfer window. I think maybe then I will know more than I know now but the most important thing for me is just to play and make it into the first national team of Norway.
“But I am working hard towards it [playing in England] because that is a dream for me also. One day, God willing, I am going to be here.”
Singh is keen on leaving Feyenoord for the sake of his career.
“I’m at a massive club but at this moment I am not playing as much as I want,” added Singh.
“I have told them I want to leave and now we will see what’s going to happen. I explained that it is okay for me if I’m not playing here but I have to go somewhere else where I can play.
“I’m not at Feyenoord to earn money. I want to be the best footballer I can be.”
