The 27-year-old has been linked with a January mvoe to Roma.
“Floccari will stay in Bergamo until the end of the season,” Osti told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“It’s a decision that we made a year ago. We said then that he wasn’t for sale and nobody has knocked on our door.
“It’s obvious that Sergio has admirers all over Italy because he is a tactically adept striker who scores regularly.
“Furthermore, Floccari is an Italian product and is a better bet than a foreign youngster who doesn’t know calcio.
“But we will have a quiet time in the market because of our League position.”
