The 28-year-old, who quit Arsenal 18 months ago, is currently on loan from Barcelona to Stuttgart.
Hleb said: “The chances for me to stay at Stuttgart next season are zero. Barcelona will decide my future and I am open to any option.
“But I have shown at Arsenal that I can play in England and enjoy the Premier League.”
Manchester City and Aston Villa are both reportedly interested in the highly-rated midfielder.
