The Daily Record reports that Crosas will travel to Russia to seal a £300,000 switch on Tuesday.
Crosas has been frozen out of the Celtic midfield this season and was linked with a number of Spanish clubs in the January transfer window.
The 23-year-old is expected to sign a three or four year contract with Volga.
