The former Inter Milan and Manchester City boss has signed a three-year contract with the Turkish side.
“Galatasaray have reached a three-year deal with Roberto Mancini beginning with the 2013-14 season,” Galatasaray posted on their official Twitter account.
Mancini had been without a job since being sacked by Manchester City in May.
“I’m very proud to have come to a club as big as Galatasaray,” Mancini said.
“It’s different. I’ve made the right decision and I’ve come to a huge club. The Juventus-Galatasaray clash is a happy coincidence for me.”
