The 24-year-old has long been linked with a move to the La Liga champions.
“Barcelona are the best club in the world. Every player in the world dreams of playing for the best team and so do I,” Rossi was quoted as saying by Catalunya Radio.
“We all know that Barcelona win a lot of titles and that is what it is all about for every player. I hope that one day I too will play in games like Saturday’s Champions League final. I am working very hard to achieve just that.”
He added: “It is always nice when you are being linked with a big club, but I have yet to speak with anybody about this issue.”
