The 31-year-old has struggled with his fitness and form since leaving the Premiership side in 2006.
“Quinton Fortune will undergo a medical and will begin training with the first team,” read a statement on Brescia’s official website. “The club does not exclude the possibility that the player, who is a free agent, will wear the Brescia colours in the coming days.”
