Van Nistelrooy has been linked with a move to link up with compatriot Frank Rijkaard in Turkey and has been offered a two-and-a-half year contract.
He is quoted in the Sunday Mirror as saying: “Frank called me and asked, ‘Do you want to come to Turkey?’
“I have to think about it because Galatasaray is a great club with a positive approach.”
