The 34-year-old has played for clubs such as Rangers, Crystal Palace, Borussia Monchengladbach, Newcastle United, Brisbane Roar and Kavala during his career.
“I’m hanging up the boots and looking to explore other avenues,” Moore told Fairfax.
“I’m looking to do my coaching badges in…September and that’s probably going to be the direction that I’ll look to take.
“I had offers from China, Korea, Hong Kong and Australian clubs, but for me the hunger to play… is gone.”
