Stoor signed a four-year contract when he joined the Cottagers from Rosenborg in the summer of 2008.
But the 26-year-old is struggling with a lack of regular first-team action at Fulham.
Stoor’s agent Per Johnsson told Fotbooldirekt: “Fredrik needs to be playing regular football and a return to the Allsvenskan is a strong possibility.
“He needs a change of clubs but we need to speak with Fulham again and hope that we can agree something in the near future.
“There are no bids on the table at the moment, but that depends on whether Fulham are prepared to release him.
“If we receive a decent bid from a club that are willing to invest in him then it’s a possibility.
“Life has been tough on him, but he’s in fine physical shape and I know that Fulham have been impressed by his fitness.”
