The 28-year-old just recently returned from a six-week loan spell at Portsmouth.
Riise has failed to make an impact at Craven Cottage since joining Fulham in a £2million deal from Lillestrom in July 2009.
The Mirror reports that Fulham are looking to sell Riise in January.
