Galatasaray are keeping tabs on the Ivorian midfielder’s situation at Basel.
The Turkish side are keen to bring in a new midfielder as Brazilian star Elano could leave the club in the January transfer window.
Yapi Yapo joined Basel in the summer and his contract with the Swiss side expires in the summer of 2013.
