Reports have suggested that the 24-year-old could be included as a part of Real Madrid’s €30million move for Benfica star Fabio Coentrao.
“Ezequiel (Garay) is happy in Madrid but wants to play,” Schlieper said in As.
“That is why he accepts leaving (Real) Madrid whether it be on a loan or permanent deal.
“Benfica are a big club but I don’t now anything about their interest.
“I only know what has been written in the press and nothing from the clubs. No-one has spoke with me about Garay.”
Sevilla, Lyon and Marseille are reportedly keeping tabs on Garay.
