Giggs insists there is still a long way to go, ahead of their clash with Tottenham on Saturday.
“It’s been a good couple of days with Liverpool and Chelsea drawing and ourselves winning,” Giggs explained to Setanta Sports News. “But there’s still a long way to go yet.
“There’s a lot of points to be won and lost and we’ve just got to do our job.
“The good thing is it’s in our hands.
“There could be more twists. We’ve been in the position where we’re chasing and caught up to them and the position where we’ve been leading and been caught.
“We’re not taking anything for granted. We’ve too many players in there with experience and the manager obviously to know it’s done and dusted. There’s a long way to go yet.”
