Gomes is happy at White Hart Lane but is interested in a return to Holland withing the next three seasons.
Gomes told PSV TV: “It (the Premier League) is a difficult competition. Each player needs to get time to be able to play well.
“My relationship with the (PSV) fans was extraordinary. But I don’t want to leave Spurs now and it’s too much money for PSV at the moment.
“Maybe I can start thinking of PSV after three seasons. I absolutely want to return one day, I just don’t know when.”
