Goulon has joined Sam Allardyce’s side on a two year deal, and returns to England after an unsuccessful spell with Middlesbrough as an 18 year old.
The midfielder, who left Le Mans in the close season, said that “I always wanted to come back to England because I think this is the best league in Europe, in the world.”
