Graham told The Sun: “The trouble is, when you’ve had the success that Arsenal have had, the fans will not accept success in two years’ time.
“The supporters want to see them up there challenging now.
“Last year they didn’t win anything but getting to the Champions League final gave them something to hold on to.
“But as soon as you’re in sixth place, as they are now – and not really challenging, the fans don’t like it.
“They will not accept three years of failure.”
