Grant is currently on-loan at Wycombe Wanderers.
He told the Bucks Free Press: “Chelsea have come and watched my games since I have been at Wycombe.
“They phone me and tell me how they think I’ve done and feed it back to the coaching staff.
“I have been told there is a contract there and hopefully we can talk after Wycombe have been promoted.
“I know the offer is there, but at this moment in time all I want to do is concentrate on Wycombe.
“It means a lot to have been offered another contract by Chelsea. I have been there since I was eight.”
