Hamann has been released from Manchester City and has been linked with both Hull City and 1860 Munich.
“I am thinking about playing on for two more years,” he told Munich-based publication Abendzeitung.
“I feel I still have enough fitness for doing so. I could imagine playing for 1860 Munich, of course.”
