Portsmouth manager Paul Hart is on the verge of replacing Glen Johnson and Peter Crouch who both left Fratten Park for Liverpool and Tottenham respectively.
Out of contract Steve Finnan and 21 year old Croatia striker Nikola Kalinic are getting ready to complete their moves to Portsmouth.
Hart said: “Steve Finnan is one of many people we are interested in. As is Nikola Kalinic.
“Steve is a quality player and if you saw my list you could probably see a few more quality players there.
“He’s a very experienced player, like many others on the list.”
