Sakho is one of France’s top talents and is currently playing for PSG, whilst Hazard was the country’s best player last year for champions Lille.
Hazard is likely to join Real Madrid though this summer, whilst Sakho is unlikely to leave PSG anytime soon.
“There are some interesting players, but I won’t be buying someone right now”, Mancini has said.
“There are players of the future, for example, Mamadou Sakho of PSG, but we have many central defenders.
“We’re looking at players right across Europe and we can’t buy everyone.”
