The 33-year-old has been linked with a move to Italian giants Juventus.
“There is little chance that I will remain [at Marseille],” he told L’Equipe.
“Juventus are a great club and my career would be perfect if I could also play in Italy. I was close to playing in Serie A twice. We will see if there is a third offer.”
Heinze’s current contract at Marseille is set to expire in the summer of 2012.
