The 32-year-old has impressed following his move from Norwich City this summer.
“This will be the last team I play for,” Huckerby told the San Francisco Chronicle. “You can’t go on forever.”
“I’ll go out while I’m still on top, I won’t be playing ’til I’m 37 or 38.”
“There are a lot of people who have speed and don’t use it the way they should,” he explained. “If I’ve got a chance to beat somebody, I beat them.”
“I don’t mess around with doing tricks or trying to be clever – I just get past them as quick as I can.”
