The 25-year-old has been linked with several sides including Arsenal, Aston Villa, Bolton, Hull, Inter, Fiorentina, Marseille, Borussia Dortmund and Hamburg.
“I’m ready to play in a big championship, like The Premier League,” he told La Derniere Heure.
“Money isn’t the be all and end all. You also have to take into account how often you play and under what circumstances when you move to a new club.”
