Sneijder has been linked with a move away from Real all summer, despite his agent’s claim that he would stay at the Bernabeu.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter will pay €7million for a year-long loan of the Dutchman and the Italian giants would also be handed an option to make the move permanent.
It would cost Inter an added €13million to sign the 25-year-old to a permanent deal.
