Inter Milan are interested in signing Bayern Munich defender Benjamin Pavard before the transfer window closes.
Pavard has been linked with the likes of Manchester City and Manchester United over the summer.
Reports have suggested that Pavard was closing in on a move to United, as Harry Maguire came close to leaving the club, but he now looks likely to stay at Old Trafford.
United remain keen on signing the French defender, but need to move on Maguire first.
Inter Milan could make use of the situation and jump in with an offer before that.
