Balotelli has been linked with a move away from the club, following his problems with Jose Mourinho.
Manchester City and AC Milan have both been linked with the 19-year-old striker.
Balotelli’s agent Mino Raiola said: “No. He will not go to Milan.”
He added: “Balotelli will remain at Inter for a long time. I think this story has been taken out of proportion.
