Arnautovic has been linked with a move to Palermo in part-exchange for Palermo hitman Edinson Cavani.
“If Palermo make an offer, we will consider it,” agent Robert Groener is quoted as saying in La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Arnautovic and [Fabrizio] Miccoli would form a nice striking partnership.”
Arnautovic is currently on loan from Dutch side Twente and the 20-year-old has been linked with a return to his parent club.
“Marko is a great player and has still a one-year contract with Inter,” insisted the representative.
“There are few chances that an Inter player could go back to Twente. It seems illogical…”
