The 25-year-old joins Internacional on a free transfer as his contract with Sao Paulo has expired.
It was expected that the midfielder would extend his deal with Sao Paulo, but he has now ended up joining Internacional instead.
“We [can] confirm the signing and he should be presented tomorrow [Wednesday] or Thursday at the latest in Porto Alegre,” Internacional club official Luis Anapio Gomes told Globoesporte.
