The 34-year-old played for the club between 1994 to 1997 before joining Udinese.
Fiorentina released an official statement confirming the move: “The president, ownership and all ACF Fiorentina say goodbye to (Jorgensen) with affection.
“We thank him for the professionalism he demonstrated in these five years with the Viola and our achievements together. We wish ‘good luck’ to Martin on his new adventure.”
