The 34-year-old has been linked with several clubs, including Genoa and Danish side AGF.
Jorgensen’s contract with Fiorentina is set to expire at the end of the season.
“There’s no negotiations regarding a sale of Martin,” Jorgensen’s agent, Ippolito Gallovich, said.
“Any player wants to find more continuity ahead of a World Cup, but the choice of [Cesare] Prandelli [to leave Jorgensen out] is simply a technical decision.”
He added: “If Martin does not renew his contract with Fiorentina, his only desire is to return to playing in Denmark, but I doubt that the Viola will let him leave before June.”
