The 26-year-old has also been linked with several Spanish and Italian clubs.
“Apart from the offers from Sao Paulo and a Mexican team it is almost certain Junior will continue his career in Germany playing for Hertha Berlin,” said his agent Paulo Tonietto.
“The Germans are the only ones that agree to pay what Junior wants for his contract and what Fluminense want to sell him.
“I am negotiating with Hertha and I think that we will soon have an agreement.”
