The Old Lady have made Zenit St Petersburg defender Bruno Alves their main target, but fear they could lose out in a bidding war.
The Daily Mail reports that Juventus are ready to make a move for Kaboul should they fail to sign Alves.
Alves has failed to make the expected impact at Zenit since joining the club from Porto for around £10million last year.
