The 24-year-old has joined Juventus on an initial loan deal for the rest of the season. The loan will cost Juventus €1.5million.
The Old Lady have the option of a permanent transfer at the end of the season for a further €8million.
“It would be a great transfer because we would multiply by 250 percent the figures we paid to buy him six months ago (from Barcelona),” Sevilla technical secretary Victor Orta had told club’s official website before the deal was completed.
“The offer by Juventus is irresistible and technically feasible, because we have many players, such as Coke, Spahic, Medel, Alexis and Morales, who can play at right back.”
