Amauri has been linked with a move away from the Old Lady after failing to make an impact at the club.
Palermo and Fiorentina are reportedly among the clubs interested in the 31-year-old striker.
He told mediagol.it: “Fiorentina and Palermo interested in me? These voices are pleasing, but I have to talk to my agent to know what’s true.
“In Palermo I was happy and I still have a great affection for the city.
“If a specific proposal comes we will talk about it and we will see.
“If I would be willing to reduce my wage? Yes, but things have to be done in threes, because I mean there is Palermo, Juventus and me.
“If Juventus asked €7million (£6.1m) for me it becomes more difficult. I would be willing to meet the needs of Palermo.”
