German newspaper Sport Bild claims the 22-year-old is keen on a move to a bigger club.
Kacar joined Hertha from Vojvodina in the summer of 2008 for around €3million and his contract with the German side expires in the summer of 2012.
“This could very well be his last year at Hertha. Gojko wants to play for the league title and this appears to be quite difficult with Hertha,” Milan Kacar, uncle and agent of the midfielder, was quoted as saying by Sport Bild.
