Kanu said: “If I could be top scorer at the end of the season it would be very special for me and the team.
“Can I do it? Everything is possible in football. I will keep working hard and try to get the goals.
“Hopefully, we can finish in the top eight and that would be a great achievement. After the big four sides we believe we can beat anyone.”
The Nigerian added: “We are playing well and I enjoy it here much more than West Brom.
“I have been working on my heading but it is thanks to the crosses I have been getting.
“If you do not have good crosses, it is difficult to score.”
