Beckham’s current contract with the Galaxy is set to expire at the end of this year and the midfielder has recently been strongly linked with a move to Paris St Germain.
Keane said: “It has been brilliant to play with David and hopefully it might continue. I already knew how good he would be to play with.
“He trained with us at Spurs last season and it was obvious then how much he still had to offer as a world-class player.
“I’ve enjoyed my time with him. He has looked out for me here, on and off the field, and it would be great to win this cup with him now.
“It’s been a great week for me already and the win tonight would just put the seal on it.”
