Kebbie was linked with the likes of Manchester United and Everton in January, but decided to leave Leeds for Atletico Madrid.
Kebbie said in The Sun: “Spanish football suits my game, as I am a full-back but I like to get forward.
“I would certainly encourage more players at youth level at 17 and 18, as this is the time to develop.
“It is an important two or three years before first-team football. But I have trained with the first team six times and I have really enjoyed it.”
