Larsson is out of contract and has been linked with a host of clubs.
“There’s not a scrap of truth about it,” O’Neill told Sky Sports.
“Henrik Larsson has been a fantastic footballer at Celtic, a world-class footballer, absolutely magnificent. I had a great time working with him.
“Those times have gone and it’s really as simple as that. I think I’d like to keep those times for memory.”
