The Lazio star has picked up a knee injury and will not be fit for the clash in Kiev.
Klose has impressed for Lazio so far this season, scoring six goals in the Serie A so far for the Italian side.
The 33-year-old is expected to be back in training on Saturday and could feature in the clash with Holland on Tuesday.
