The 27-year-old Ivorian has been linked with a move to the Premier League for some time.
“The Premier League is the best league in Europe, I know I can cut it there – I am a good striker,” he told skysports.com.
“I proved myself in the Belgian league and I have proven myself in the French league but it is time for me to move on to the Premier League.
“I am going to be back to full fitness in the next couple of weeks and I will be looking to score goals for Lens.
“Everyone knows that I have to move to further my career.”
