PSG have been rumoured to be looking to dispense of the Italian’s services for a while, despite guiding the team to the top of Ligue 1 and the last eight of the Champions League.
“Our idea is for Carlo to continue with us,” he told TF1. “We want to advance this project.
“Madrid have been linked with him for a while – the market is open and strange things happen. But Carlo is very important for us and for the future of PSG.”
