Basler Zeitung reports that the Bundesliga side are interested in signing the 19-year-old in the summer.
Saqiri’s current contract with Basel is set to expire in the summer of 2014, but the Swiss side could sell the youngster for around €9million.
Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool, PSV and Juventus are also reportedly keen on the youngster.
